Note we are planning 12 to 18 months in advance, I have found our guests plan that far out for their next adventure. They definitely chat whilst on tour about where they will go next year.

We cover - Economy Airfares - Visa - Accommodation, transport, meals, sightseeing mentioned in the confirmed itinerary. - Your fees

To book flights- what airport would you be leaving from and returning to? We need to factor this into our costing for trip.

Will you list tour on your website and make a link to CAS website for bookings and enquiries? This needs to be in place before we can list the tour on our website, approximatley 11 months before departure date for tour.

Will you help market the tour by mentioning it on your social media etc? We will assist with this by creating content and tagging you in, you can then use that content to share or build your own. Ideally you will mention the tour and tag us in at least twice a month via your social media channels. We will metion the trip or destination weekly and use paid advertising to highlight our creative offerings.
