GROUP CONVENER OFFER
Have a creative gang you would love to travel with?
Round up a group of 8 to 14 paying travellers and come along as the Group Convener with your tour package on us - including your single supplement.
Accommodation, workshops, touring and all the usual Creative Arts Safaris tour inclusions are covered.
Think pottery studios, embroidery groups, textile guilds, quilting circles and groups of creative friends. We can take one of our existing tours and make it your own private adventure.
You bring the gang. We do the organising.

BEING A GROUP CONVENER
The reward is simple: gather 8 to 14 paying travellers and your tour package is on us, including your single supplement.
That means all the inclusions listed for your chosen tour are covered for you. Any items listed as tour exclusions are not included.
What do you need to do?
Not too much! Your main role is to gather your gang and help us keep everyone on track before the tour.
Once you have identified your group, we will create a booking form on our website for you to share with your gang.
Each person simply follows the link and adds their contact and booking details. Once we have their details in our system, we can contact them directly and take care of the booking process.
We will send each traveller information about paying their deposit and confirming their place.
We will also send them forms to let us know the travel insurance and flight arrangements they have made. When final balance time comes around, we will contact them directly with payment details.
From time to time, we may ask you to give someone a friendly nudge if we are still waiting for something.
Flight details need to be supplied three months before the tour starts.
We will send the forms and reminders - you simply help us chase any stragglers.
If your gang is organised and cooperative, there is very little for you to do.
You are not responsible for collecting money, managing bookings or handling the paperwork. Your role is simply to help keep your gang focused on the tour timeline.
And once you arrive at your fabulous destination, your work is done.
Sit back with your gang, enjoy the adventure and let us look after everything.
